The approach taken in Ungersheim, a village in ecological transition, has earned it national recognition, including the documentary by Marie-Monique Robin "Qu'est-ce qu'on attend ? Ungersheim demonstrates that action is possible and is a laboratory of transition, changing its energy, food and social models.
This guided tour will allow you to discover the achievements of this exemplary project, with the zero-carbon Eco-hamlet, the educational, sports and socio-cultural centre in energy autonomy, the educational market garden farm and its processing workshops dedicated to food sovereignty.
To get around, the route will be taken by horse-drawn carriage pulled by two Comtois horses and by electric mini-bus.
